The Day-to-Day Activities

・Marketing campaign and promotions design: Craft, execute, and reviewcompelling campaigns to deliver marketing objectives.

・Driving growth and Higher ROI: Ensure the partners are growing with you andthe company.

・Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for eachpartner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers.

The Must-Haves

・You have curious and passion about digital world

・You are an experienced Campaign Manager (1+ experience)

・Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changingenvironment

・Proficient in English is a plus

・Great communication and negotiation skills

・Flexibility to occasionally work at odd hours when necessary (from home)

・Plan and manage cross-channel advertising campaigns, formulate localizedadvertising strategie

Qualifications

・2+ years experience working in the digital media buying & planning space(prior agency experience preferred)
・Hands-on expertise with DSPs (DV360, Google Ads, TTD, etc) or FacebookAds
・Marketing campaign and promotions design: Craft, execute, and reviewcompelling campaigns to deliver marketing objectives.
・Driving growth and Higher ROI: Ensure the partners are growing with you andthe company.
・Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for eachpartner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
・Managing project and liaise with relevant stakeholders: You will be workingclosely with the marketing team, campaign team, and demand growth team,among others while executing your taks. Hence, you need to have greatcommunication and project management skills.
 
What You Will Need
 
・A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, ora related field.
・Excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to achieve themerchant performance targets, and to collaborate with partners andcolleagues of all levels.
・A self-motivated attitude as you’ll need to independently conduct canvassinginitiatives around your region.
・An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive within a fast-pacedenvironment and balance a heavy workload.

What You Will Do

・Achieve company goal and target by successfully managing the sales team
・Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
・Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary and overseeing theactivities and performance of the sales team.
・Developing your sales team through training, motivation, counseling, andproduct knowledge education.
・Able to identify, prioritize, acquire merchants according to the company goaland target.
・Meet with potential merchants to better understand their business operations,concerns, and needs, and then present / conduct a live demo of products

What You Will Need
 
・A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, ora related field.
・At least 3+ years working as a merchant acquisition with a proven track recordof success in the sales cycle from planning to closing.
・Experience in sales management, organizational skills and leadership abilitywill be point plus.
・Excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to achieve themerchant acquisition targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleaguesof all levels.
・A self-motivated attitude as you’ll need to independently conduct canvassinginitiatives around your region.
・An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive within a fast-pacedenvironment and balance a heavy workload.
